Plus four live acoustic tracks! http://barbershoppodcast.com/
I have to be honest, I'm an old school rocker n i kinda got fed up with most of the new generation rock songs but I'm loving your style so far. I'm planning to listen to all your song right now on your YouTube channel and there's a big chance in adding one of your albums to my collection =) .. I wish you all the best of the best in life guys. You rock, keep it up =)
Thanks! We’re all oldschool rockers ourselves. It’s nice to know there’s still people out there who know and respect where rock came from!
Musician to struggling musician(me): Do you have any advice to give for me as I begin to get my music out there? Any advice on how you guys write the music to your lyrics?
Play every chance you get and record every idea you come up with so no good idea goes to waste. We each have hundreds of voice memos on our smartphones of riffs, drum beats or lyrical ideas. Then we take them into band practice and jam them out.
We all have our own favourite bands and artists which are all very different. For example: Repic likes Radiohead and Manson, Spik is really into QOTSA and The Black Keys, Cristiano is all about Daft Punk and Hendrix, and I’m a huge fan of Jeff Buckley and Incubus. Then There’s the big three that are right at the top of all our lists: The Beatles, Queen, and Led Zeppelin.
Hope that gave you some insight as to what makes us sound like we do!
